Co-Founder
As Co-Founder of Savoury Group, Christian plays a key role in shaping the vision, growth, and operational foundations of our restaurant family. With extensive experience in business development and operations, he oversees the systems, processes, and strategic direction that support our expanding portfolio of brands.
Christian is passionate about building strong teams, elevating guest experience, and creating spaces where hospitality and efficiency work hand in hand. His leadership helps guide Savoury Group through new openings, franchise development, and long-term organizational planning.

Co-Founder
André is the financial architect behind Savoury Group’s continued growth. As Co-Founder, he oversees the group’s financial health, organizational structure, and long-term strategic planning. His CPA, CA background — paired with deep experience in restaurant operations — allows him to bridge high-level financial oversight with real-world operational understanding.
He leads everything from financial modeling and capital planning to system development and performance optimization, ensuring each brand under Savoury Group has the structure it needs to scale sustainably. André’s analytical mindset, calm leadership, and big-picture vision form a critical part of the group’s foundation as we continue expanding.

Vice President HR & Brand Culture
Mayline leads Savoury Group’s human-resources function while championing a strong, values-driven company culture. As Co-Founder and Vice President of HR & Brand Culture, she is responsible for recruitment, employee development, team engagement, and helping ensure every member of our team feels supported, valued, and aligned with the heart of our brand.
She believes that culture is not just an initiative — it’s lived every day through how we hire, support, and empower people. By building welcoming onboarding processes, nurturing talent, and creating a positive work environment, Mayline helps make Savoury Group more than just a workplace — a community.

As Vice President of Marketing & Co-Founder at Savoury Group, Annick leads the development and execution of marketing strategies that bring our brands to life and connect our restaurants with guests. She oversees all aspects of branding, communications, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns — ensuring that each concept under Savoury Group resonates with its audience and stays aligned with our core values.

Jessica is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and brand development behind Savoury Group’s multi-concept restaurant portfolio. In her role, she leads brand positioning, communications, integrated marketing campaigns, and the digital infrastructure supporting our growth and franchise expansion.
With a strong background in creative strategy, social media, and brand architecture, Jessica ensures each concept is built on a clear identity and a scalable marketing foundation. She collaborates across departments to align marketing initiatives with operational goals and long-term business strategy.

Mylène is our HR, Training, and Culture Officer, holding a diploma in Human Resources and bringing strong attention to detail to her work. She plays a key role in supporting organizational effectiveness through thoughtful HR practices, structured training programs, and a strong focus on company culture. Known for her positive and approachable demeanor, Mylène builds strong relationships across teams while ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in people operations.

Marky is our Executive Chef, bringing years of hands-on culinary experience and Red Seal certification to the organization. As the creative force behind all of our menus, he is responsible for culinary innovation, recipe development, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency across our concepts. With a strong foundation in both classic techniques and modern cuisine, Marky plays a key role in shaping our culinary vision and elevating the guest experience.

Operations Manager
Daniel is the Operations Manager for Que Padre, L’Écluse, and Le Patrimoine in Edmundston, NB. He oversees day-to-day operations across all three restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and high standards of service. In addition to his operational leadership, Daniel is the creative force behind the cocktail menus for each concept, bringing innovation and a strong understanding of guest experience to every beverage program. His combined expertise in operations and mixology plays a key role in the success and identity of each restaurant.

Known for her strong attention to detail and structured approach, Amy plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting franchise partners in delivering a consistent guest experience.
